As in other past congresses, The 55th IPSF World Congress in Bali also consists of several routine programmes such as General Assembly, Workshop, Patient Counselling Event, and Leadership in Training; along with routine social events such as Auction, International Night, and Gala night. Those routine social events are also complemented by unique social events such as white party, tropical party, and Bali adventure.

The programmes of the 55th IPSF World Congress will be unlike anything the participant will ever experience.

General Assembly

General Assembly is the main event of the Congress. The Assembly convenes annualy during the Congress. It will be chaired by the current Executive Committee and attended by representatives of IPSF member organization. In the Assembly, the future of the Federation, amendment of the Federation constitution, and  the admission of new member organization will be discussed along with the election of the Executive Committee.

Poster Exhibition

The participants will be given a chance to exhibit their scientific poster of a selected topic. Participants will also give a short presentation about the exhibited poster. The poster exhibition now opens. For further details regarding the Poster Exhibition, please read the Poster Call which can be downloaded from the Download section. The best poster will be announced and given award during the Gala Dinner.

Pharmacy Education

The theme for Pharmacy Education in the 55th IPSF World Congress is Role of Pharmacist in Primary Healthcare. Through this one day lecture and workshop, pharmacy students will be informed about how pharmacist can help to ensure that patients, other health care providers and the health care system safely achieve optimal drug therapy outcomes.

Scientific Symposium

 
The Theme for Pharmacy Education in the 55th IPSF World Congress is Infectious disease. Just like many other tropical countries, Indonesia struggles with infectious disease.  In these few years, vaccines and infection therapy research along with industries has grown rapidly. Our hope is to share Indonesia’s experience in infectious disease through this one day symposium. In this programme, posters exhibition are also held. Congress participants are welcomed to send their poster abstract and take a part in the exhibition.

Post Congress Tour

The Post Congress Tour (PCT) is a tour organized by the RC for participants who want to experience more of Bali and Indonesia. It will be a six days tour full of fun and thousands of adventures where you will experience the creativity of Ubud, see the sunset of Tanah Lot, sunbathe on the beaches of Nusa Dua, dive the deep blue water of Lombok, wind-surf in Benoa, climb the majestic Mt Batur, and rest in the tranquil Water Temple of Tampak Siring.
